Accepted regular papers will be considered for the Decision Sciences and Information Systems Honor Society, Alpha Iota Delta, Best Paper Awards in the following categories:

  • Applications
  • Case Studies
  • Environmental Issues
  • Interdisciplinary Issues
  • Theoretical Research
  • Empirical Research

In addition, awards will be considered for the Best Undergraduate Student Paper and the Best Graduate Student Paper.


The governing board of the Western Decision Sciences Institute (WDSI) has approved funding for a number of $500 awards to support tenure-track faculty to attend the 2023 WDSI annual meeting. For details, please refer to the conference website,
