Below is the registration information for the 2026 WDSI Annual Conference.

Conference fee includes all sessions, receptions, WDSI 2026 Banquet, and Awards Luncheon. 

Emeritus members are those who have retired from a full-time teaching position. Student membership in DSI is FREE with a verification fee. Click here to join DSI. Then come back to register.

• Regular DSI members – $440
• Student/Emeritus Faculty DSI members – $220
• Regular non-DSI members – $495
• Student/Emeritus Faculty non DSI members – $275

Presenting authors must register by January 12, 2026 for the submissions to be included in the conference program.

Early registration by Feb 27, 2026 to receive a discount.  

Registration refund – 50% refund available until March 1.  No refunds allowed after this date due to hotel/meal commitments.
