Below is the registration information for 2025 WDSI. The registration information for 2026 WDSI will be posted here soon after paper submission starts on August 1, 2025!

Conference fee includes all sessions, receptions, WDSI 2025 Banquet, and Awards Luncheon. Registration will be open soon!
Register early and receive a discount – $50 off for a Regular registration and $25 off a Student or Emeritus registration by midnight CST on Friday March 7, 2026. Emeritus members are those who have retired from a full-time teaching position. Student membership in DSI is FREE with a verification fee. Click here to join DSI. Then come back to register.
- Regular DSI members – $425 ($375 by March 7, 2025)
- Student/Emeritus Faculty DSI members – $210 ($185 by March 7, 2025)
- Regular non-DSI members – $480 ($430 by March 7, 2025)
- Student/Emeritus Faculty non DSI members – $265 ($240 by March 7, 2025)
Presenting authors must register by January 12, 2026 for the submissions to be included in the conference program.
Registration refund – 50% refund available until March 1. No refunds allowed after this date due to hotel/meal commitments.
