Below is the registration information for the 2026 WDSI Annual Conference.

Conference fee includes all sessions, receptions, WDSI 2026 Banquet, and Awards Luncheon. Registration will be open soon!

Register early and receive a discount – $50 off for a Regular registration and $25 off a Student or Emeritus registration by midnight CST on Friday March 7, 2026. Emeritus members are those who have retired from a full-time teaching position. Student membership in DSI is FREE with a verification fee. Click here to join DSI. Then come back to register.

• Regular DSI members – $440 ($390 by March 7, 2026)
• Student/Emeritus Faculty DSI members – $220 ($195 by March 7, 2026)
• Regular non-DSI members – $495 ($445 by March 7, 2026)
• Student/Emeritus Faculty non DSI members – $275 ($250 by March 7, 2026)

Presenting authors must register by January 12, 2026 for the submissions to be included in the conference program.

Registration refund – 50% refund available until March 1.  No refunds allowed after this date due to hotel/meal commitments.
