Conference fee includes all sessions, receptions, WDSI 2025 Banquet, and Awards Luncheon. Registration is now open here. 

Register early and receive a discount – $50 off for a Regular registration and $25 off a Student or Emeritus registration by midnight CST on Friday March 7, 2025. Emeritus members are those who have retired from a full-time teaching position. Student membership in DSI is FREE with a verification fee. Click here to join DSI. Then come back to register.

• Regular DSI members – $425 ($375 by March 7, 2025)
• Student/Emeritus Faculty DSI members – $210 ($185 by March 7, 2025)
• Regular non-DSI members – $480 ($430 by March 7, 2025)
• Student/Emeritus Faculty non DSI members – $265 ($240 by March 7, 2025)

Presenting authors must register by January 12, 2025 for the submissions to be included in the conference program.

Registration refund – 50% refund available until March 1.  No refunds allowed after this date due to hotel/meal commitments.
